GESC is committed to being an ever-increasing inclusive organization. This is an ongoing project with space for constant growth, new ideas, and understanding. GESC works to increase diversity of our members, staff, and all involved, and to respect, empathize, and welcome people of different identities including but not limited to race, socioeconomic status, gender, education, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, language, nationality, and religion, and we continue to try to improve our understanding and ability to combat causes of systemic oppression and bias. This is in line with the club's goals to holistically develop players and coaches to prepare them to be leaders in our community and ever-changing world.
