Austin played soccer collegiately back east before moving to Bozeman where he now works full time. While back east Austin worked as a GK trainer and coach for all ages. Since moving to Bozeman he has worked with GESC as a GK coach, and with Belgrade High School as the GK coach and an assistant coach for both the boys and girls high school programs.
